About this game
I built Dream Team Dash while looking for my next talent-acquisition leadership role. It borrows the feel of the platformers I grew up on and the job I love: finding great people and building teams.
The six cities are places I hired sales teams for Cloudflare between 2018 and 2025: London, Amsterdam, Paris, Munich, Stockholm and Dubai. The BDR team is the first mission because it was one of the first teams I built there. The final mission needs 15 people because I joined as the only recruiter in EMEA and grew the team to 15.
The maple leaf is for Cloudflare's Maple Leaf Award, which I was the first member of the recruiting team to receive. The "599 Club" is the number of roles the EMEA recruiting team filled in 2025. Along the way we took the share of women in EMEA management roles from 13% to a peak of 29%.
